MLB players congratulate Buster Posey and Miguel Cabrera on Twitter

Miguel Cabrera of the Detroit Tigers and Buster Posey of the San Francisco Giants capped off impressive seasons by collecting MVP honors.

Cabrera, who hit .330 with 44 home runs and 139 RBI, received 22 of the 28 first-place votes for the AL MVP. Posey, who hit .336 with 24 homers and 103 RBI, also won in dominant fashion with 27 of 32 first-place votes for the NL MVP.
