Via Mock Sessions, a Georgia Southern defender rushed off the field with a gruesome hand injury.

Georgia Southern cornerback Valdon Cooper still has 10 fingers. It's just that one is horribly, horribly disfigured.

Cooper, a sophomore, suffered an ugly finger injury during the Eagles' game against Georgia. The thumb, index, middle and pinkie finger are fine. The ring finger, however, is Oh man, I'm gonna be sick.

Georgia Southern cornerback Valdon Cooper suffered a disgusting injury in Saturday's game.

After the injury, Cooper runs to the sidelines with his hand raised, as if to show his coaches, "This isn't good, this isn't good, this isn't good."

Most doctors agree that fingers shouldn't bend this way.

I don't think tape is going to fix that.
