Blake Griffin, Clippers dunk all over Mark Cuban's Mavericks

Adi Joseph, USA TODAY Sports
Clippers forward Blake Griffin dunks in front of Mavericks center Chris Kaman during Wednesday's win.

Play in Lob City, dunk in Lob City.

The Los Angeles Clippers are the high-flyingest, dunktasticest, slam-nastiest team in the NBA, and they put on a complete exhibition Wednesday night in a 112-90 win against the Dallas Mavericks. Blake Griffin had 19 points, 13 rebounds and five assists, and Chris Paul had 15 points, 13 assists and five steals.

But those are meaningless numbers from a game that was over in the first quarter. What you want to see are the dunks. And there were so many, we decided to post the five best, in descending order:

5. Griffin goes left-handed off a Paul pass. This one would be good enough for top plays most nights, but it barely makes the cut from this game's highlights.

4. DeAndre Jordan takes an alley-oop from Jamal Crawford. The dunk isn't so great here, but the pass and ball-handling from Crawford are unbelievable.

3. Griffin goes left-handed off a Paul pass, but better. This dunk happened before the No. 5 one, and it involved a poor Maverick being posterized.

2. Caron Butler slams on Chris Kaman. Do you understand how many times Butler, 32, has been injured? Here, he shows it doesn't matter and slams on 6-11 Kaman.

1. Eric Bledsoe goes reverse on an alley-oop from Crawford. Bledsoe is 6-1, and this was a dunk-contest slam. Then again, we shouldn't be surprised; by this point in the game, it had become a dunk contest.

The best part in all this might have been Mavericks owner Mark Cuban's reaction. Let's give you that for a final impression:

Mark Cuban looks so darn sad.
