Taylor University students going wild during the "Silent Night" game.

One of the best college basketball traditions in the country can be found at a small school in Indiana.

Taylor University's "Silent Night" occurs the Friday before final exams. Students dress up in ridiculous costumes and pack the gym. Then they wait, in silence, until the team scores its tenth point.

Craziness ensues.

Here's the story of the 2012 "Silent Night" game, as told on Twitter.

There was anticipation.
@taylortrojans: Here is the line for #TUsilentnight
And costumes.
@CalebWachsmuth: Stands are packed #tusilentnight
@makkiekerr: Welcome to silent night! Prepare to be dominated.
A lot of costumes.
@allisonhope8: Monsters! Rawr! #silentnight
@TheEcho_Taylor: And the doors open, it's #TUSilentNight in Odle arena!
And then "Silent Night" was not so silent.

Thanks to @thisericsmith for the video assist.
