Watch what has to be the worst free throw ever

Whatever you are imagining, this is worse.

The in-the-process-of-going-viral shot occurred on Saturday in a game between Appalachian State and Western Carolina. I am calling it the Worst Free Throw Ever, which is my subjective opinion and also something I do believe to be fact.*

The free throw shooter is Brian Okam, a 7-foot junior averaging two points in 10 minutes per game for the Mountaineers. He is actually shooting 40 percent from the free throw line this season (2-of-5) so we'll give him the benefit of the doubt that this was a one-time thing. We've all been there.
