Kobe Bryant on jersey retirement: 'I'd probably force Shaq to do it'

Tim McGarry, USA TODAY Sports
The Lakers' Shaquille O'Neal and Kobe Bryant look on during Game 6 of the 2000 NBA Finals against the Indiana Pacers. O'Neal and Bryant went on to win three consecutive NBA Championships in Los Angeles.

Kobe and Shaq have a never-ending, always-entertaining love-hate relationship.

The Lakers retired Jamaal Wilkes' No. 52 jersey during Friday's game against the Trail Blazers.

Following the game, Kobe was asked about his own jersey retirement ceremony. Who would present his jersey when the time came?

After pausing for a moment, Kobe responded, "I'd probably force Shaq to do it."

And the only thing better than his response was his reaction.

Kobe with the jokes.
