Solange has canceled her Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival performance due to "major production delays," according to an announcement  festival-producer Goldenvoice posted on Twitter.

"She sends her sincerest apologies, and looks forward to performing at Coachella in the future," the Tweet said late Sunday afternoon.

Solange was slated to perform on both Saturdays, sharing the day with Tame Impala, Kid Cudi, Weezer and BASSNECTAR.

Fans were not pleased to learn the news and voice their displeasure on Twitter.

Tweets ranged from "Oh H*** no, give me my money back," to "This could’ve been people’s 'sole' reason for going though," to "Bye Felicia."

Other tweeters suggested Solange's spot be filled by Kanye West, the Jonas Brothers, Carly Rae Jepsen or Lana Del Rey.

Appropriate memes and GIFs were also shared within the Twitter thread to represent feelings of shock, anger and sadness.

But one Twitter user took this news as a positive learning lesson for her career, saying "omg i’m using this tweet template for emails to my boss when my projects aren’t in on time from now on."

Goldenvoice did not immediately respond to requests asking if fans would be offered ticket refunds.
