Buh-bye! These 5 awesome movies are leaving Netflix next week

Arienne Thompson

Like a great restaurant, Netflix changes its menu offerings pretty regularly. Sometimes, the additions and deletions are awesome. Other times -- not so much.

The streaming service just released an extensive list of comings and goings that will kick off on Monday. Dec. 1.

Here are 5 favorites we're sad to see go...

GOING: Dirty Dancing (1987)

Nobody puts Baby -- or Dirty Dancing -- in a corner. They just take them off of Netflix.

GOING: First Knight (1995)

(Columbia/Tri Star)

Medieval Richard Gere, we hardly knew ye.

GOING: The Talented Mr. Ripley (1999)

(Phil Bray/Paramount Pictures)

Look at all that fresh, young talent -- just gone.

GOING: Mr. Mom (1983)

(20th Century Fox)

Michael Keaton is having a moment right now, so this one really hurts.

GOING: Spice World (1998)

Because, why not?

Almost Famous

American Beauty

Troop Beverly Hills

Arriving Dec. 6

Anchorman 2
