Does Mindy Kaling have beef with Stephen Colbert?

If Mindy Kaling has 99 Problems, chances are Stephen Colbert seriously isn't one. But that didn't stop the The Mindy Project showrunner from taking the opportunity to talk out an issue during her appearance on The Late Show Thursday night.

"I did not think you were very professional when you came on my show," Kaling said. Colbert guest-starred as Father Michael O'Donnell, Danny's Catholic priest, in 2015. Hmmm, do you get Kaling's apology cupcakes if she's only jokingly assertive?

As evidence to back her accusation made in jest, Kaling presented footage to the late night audience/jury of Colbert's fans that showed the host hilariously breaking repeatedly while trying to deliver a eulogy for a fellow priest. Sir, have you no respect for "the boring wizard?"

Sigh, we figured from their meet cute over celery, which First Lady Michelle Obama would probably approve of, that these crazy kids had a future.
