Daisy Ridley shows off her mad lightsaber skills in training video

Daisy Ridley is not messing around. Especially when it comes to lightsabers. And how easily she could kill you with one.

The Star Wars star shared a video of herself training on the set of Episode VIII, and it's enough to motivate you to lay down your arms even though she's not using an actual lightsaber.

The second-best part of the video (besides how incredibly Ridley's moves are) is that it's filmed by the Internet's favorite Stormtrooper -- you know, the one who yells "TRAITOR!" in Force Awakens duels with John Boyega's Finn. The one who launched a thousand memes. Maybe Ridley will show off some moves like this in Episode VIII. 

We can't wait for this movie.
