‘The Voice’: Miley Cyrus challenges Blake Shelton to a high-stakes dance-off

The Voice started to resemble Dancing with the Stars on Tuesday night.

In a behind-the-scenes clip, viewers got a taste of the comradery built between coaches Miley Cyrus, Alicia Keys, Adam Levine, and Blake Shelton.

Old bromantics Shelton and Levine showed their love was still alive and well. The Maroon 5 frontman told the country crooner, “I can’t quit you,” but wouldn’t let Shelton give him a kiss. Why are you playing hard to get, Levine?

We also saw the new dad give an impromptu fashion show after Cyrus styled him with sunglasses and a teddy bear purse, but we tip our cowboy hats to our favorite moment: the dance Party in the U.S.A.

“Don’t just stand here and be big and tall,” Cyrus told Shelton. “Can you do this?” she asked while quickly crossing one leg in front of the other. “I bet you can.”

Blake successfully did the dance move and sweetly asked, “Does this make us friends now?”

“Only if you can twerk too,” Cyrus said. And perhaps he can, because Gwen Stefani’s beau confidently told spectating Levine, “Get back. It’s just me and Miley, now.”

The Voice live playoffs begin Monday at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
