American wizarding school gets a song in new ‘Fantastic Beasts’ deleted scene

Grab a butterbeer and sing along.

A new Fantastic Beasts deleted scene reveals the song of Ilvermorny, the wizarding school that J.K. Rowling told us exists in North America.

In the clip posted to the film’s Facebook page, actress and singer Alison Sudol sings the charming song with co-star Katherine Waterston.

As the lyrics outline Ilvermorny's history, Newt Scamander (played by Eddie Redmayne), Jacob Kowalski (Dan Fogler) and even a few magical creatures listen along intently.

And once the song ends, Kowalski says what we’re all thinking: “I want to be a wizard.”
