Ed Sheeran tackles boxing, attempts sumo wrestling in 'Shape of You' video
Ed Sheeran, we have just one question for you: Are you ready to rumble?
A week after releasing the video for Castle on the Hill, Taylor Swift's bestie followed up with a new, NSFW music video Monday for Shape of You, from his album, Divide, on sale March 3.
In the project directed by Jason Koenig, the guy behind Macklemore and Ryan Lewis' video for Downtown, Sheeran falls for a woman with a ridiculously strong core that allows her to straddle a punching bag and do sit-ups. No wonder he's in love with her body.
But Sheeran's workout partner has a mischievous side. She leaves a photo and a mouthguard in her love's locker, leading Sheeran to believe he'll be participating in a boxing match. After showing off his figure and athletic prowess in a Rocky Balboa-esque montage, Sheeran is surprised -- or perhaps terrified -- to find out his opponent is a sumo wrestler.
