Chris Hemsworth recounts how his photos from Liam and Miley's wedding were almost leaked

Chris Hemsworth says photos he took at brother Liam's wedding to Miley Cyrus were at risk of being leaked after the photo lab that developed the film accidentally sent the Dropbox link to the wrong person.

The "Avengers" actor recounted the story Wednesday on Britain's "This Morning" Wednesday, explaining how the vendor, which he had used for years, sent over 200 photos to a stranger, 21-year-old Elvira Nordstrom.

When Nordstrom posted about having the photos on her Instagram, Hemsworth was worried the family photos would be leaked.

"This girl put it on Instagram and said, 'Hey Chris, I've got your photos.' Then someone told me. I got a phone call with her number and I called her up," Hemsworth said.

Luckily, Nordstrom had no intention of sharing or selling the photos.

"She couldn't be kinder. They're safe," Hemsworth said. "That was a big relief. It could have gone the other way."

In an interview with the Daily Mail, Nordstrom said Hemsworth was very grateful she kept the photos private.

"He was so grateful, he said several times how grateful he was that I hadn't posted the pictures on social media or sold them to anyone," she said. "It was completely unreal to hear his voice when I picked up, and you could really hear that he meant what he said."
