Justin Bieber: 'I don't know what's going on'

In an interview with the Open House Party radio show on Saturday night, Justin Bieber was asked by show host John Garabedian about the big news that he and Selena Gomez have split.

"I don't know what to say," sputtered the pop star. "I don't know what's going on in my life. To even assess that, it doesn't make sense 'cause I have not made any comment."

Bieber seemed annoyed by the question and Garabedian quickly moved on, joking that maybe the singer can use the experience in his songs, as Taylor Swift does. Bieber chuckled, but didn't comment on that, either.

On Twitter, the only hint at the news came after his Boston concert Saturday night, during which he played an emotional version of Justin Timberlake's Cry Me A River. "Thank you Boston. Focused on the positive. #30MillionBeliebers with me. I'm never leaving you because you are always there for me."

Bieber plays the Barclays Center in Brooklyn tonight.

Gomez is also in New York. On Sunday, she thanked "everyone who came out to Kmart today. Such a warm welcome to my first visit to White Plains. Love you all."

Will they meet up? TMZ says Bieber wants to get back together. The Daily Mail says Bieber is "desperate" to see her.
