Shania Twain rides into Las Vegas

She knows how to make an entrance — that's for sure.
Gorgeous country star Shania Twain didn't just mark the start of hew new in-residence Caesars stint with a news conference. She rode into Las Vegas on Wednesday, right onto the red carpet.
Caesars Palace had the west lane of the Strip closed for about an hour for the special welcome, reports the Las VegasReview-Journal. Twain, 47, wasn't alone. She and her posse of wranglers pushed at least 40 horses past photographers and screaming fans, reports AP.
"I'm going to try to bring my adrenaline down for the next couple of weeks," Twain told fans. The shows haven't even started, and already, "I don't want to leave!"
She opens Dec. 1 at Caesars.
