In 2004, she gave away Pontiac cars. In 2010, she gave away new VWs.

Oprah Winfrey unveiled all of her fabulous Favorite Things 2012 during a two-hour show Sunday on OWN. Among the goodies: An elliptical trainer, a high-definition TV, Jessica Simpson shoes, a Ralph Lauren sweater, bedding, lipstick, bracelets and Michael Kors metallic tennis shoes.

The final surprise of the night came when Oprah, working with Tourism Fiji, surprised military spouses with a trip to Namale Resort & Spa on Fiji.

The trip includes two round trip tickets on Air Pacific, along with a five-night stay at the all-inclusive Namale Resort & Spa.

A group from The Conservatorium of Music in Fiji helped unveil the gift to the unsuspecting group of military spouses. (The show was taped in October.)

The music group entered in cultural attire and entertained the spouses and Oprah with a traditional spear dance. As the spouses shed tears of joy, it was revealed that eight of the spouses had never had a honeymoon, and others had not been on a vacation with just their spouse in many years.

Oprah's Favorite Thing: 2012 will re-air on Friday at 9 p.m. ET/PT on OWN. In the meantime, you can check out all of the 60 picks, many with discount codes for Oprah fans, at Oprah.com.
