Times are hard and good jobs are scarce.

So here's a novel way to break into the entertainment industry: Apply online to serve as the faux personal assistant to actor Will Arnett. The caveat: it's not an actual job, but a one-day experience courtesy of AT&T's WorkforWill.com campaign that lets you get a taste of what it's like to work in Hollywood.

"Turn off is somebody who talks too much. I like somebody who listens," says Arnett via e-mail.

We had to ask him: Are you really going to hire someone this way, seriously?

"Absolutely not," he replied.

The actor stars on NBC's Up All Night and recently made headlines for splitting up with wife Amy Poehler.

His own most-challenging gig? "I have never been an assistant and the most challenging job I have ever had was busting pipes with a sledge hammer," he said.
