Bundchen, Brady welcome daughter Vivian

Ridiculously good-looking couple Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady welcomed an assumedly ridiculously good-looking baby on Wednesday, the new mom confirmed to her Facebook friends this morning.

The Brazilian supermodel revealed details and thanked fans for their support in a brief message on the social media site:

"We feel so lucky to have been able to experience the miracle of birth once again and are forever grateful for the opportunity to be the parents of another little angel. Vivian Lake was born at home on December 5. She is healthy and full of life. Thank you all for your support and well wishes. We wish you and your families many blessings."

She also posted the message in her native Portuguese.

Little Vivian joins big brothers Benjamin, 2, and Brady's son John, 5, whose mom is actress Bridget Moynahan.
