Ten weeks into being a mom, and Drew Barrymore is absolutely gushing about motherhood.

"She's actually ten weeks today. I know! I can't even handle it! It hurts," she exclaimed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Thursday.

And it turns out, the actress picked out her baby girl's name before even hitting her second trimester.

"I never would have guessed that would have been the name," Barrymore revealed. "But I was reading a book with my husband. I was three months pregnant and they said your baby is the size of an olive, and that was it. We never looked back."

"It could have been the size of a peanut or a grapefruit," Ellen joked.

"It could have been," Barrymore said, laughing. "It was a lot fruit and vegetables."

"It could have been named kidney bean?" Ellen teased.

"Kidney's not such a fun name," Drew replied.

Drew explained that she and Will were "workshopping a few [names] as all people do who are so blessed to get to do this. And then, it was like once the light was shed, there was just no turning back."

Barrymore and her husband, art dealer Will Kopelman, welcomed Olive Barrymore Kopelman on Sept. 26. The two married on her estate in Montecito, Calif. in June.
