Jennifer Lopez responds to Alex Rodriguez cheating allegations: 'I know what the truth is'
Cydney HendersonJennifer Lopez is breaking her silence on recent cheating allegations that involve her fiance, Alex Rodriguez.
The former baseball star, 43, popped the question to Lopez, 49, during a romantic, beach getaway in March. "She said yes," Rodriguez captioned a sunset picture of a giant engagement ring on his fiancee's finger.
Instead of joining dozens of celebrities in congratulating the couple, former MLB player José Canseco accused Rodriguez of being unfaithful to Lopez with his ex-wife, Jessica Canseco.

"Watching World of Dance watching J.Lo text Alex Rodriguez little does she know that he is cheating on her with my ex-wife Jessica," he tweeted on March 10. "Poor girl she has no idea who he really is."
Canseco, 54, went as far as to agree to a "polygraph (test) to prove that what I'm saying about Alex Rodriguez is 100% accurate," even challenging him to a boxing match or MMA match.
Lopez remained silent on the matter, until now. The actress and singer defended A-Rod against Canseco's allegations Wednesday on "The Breakfast Club."
"I mean, it doesn't matter, I know what the truth is," she said on New York's Power 105.1 radio show. "I know who (Rodriguez) is. He knows who I am. We're just happy."
She continued: "We're not gonna let, like, other people come out and tell us what our relationship is. I know what our relationship is. You know?"
Lopez gushed about her future husband, saying, "We love each other, we really do. We have a lot of love, respect and admiration for each other and that's so nice. Also, I've never been with somebody who let's me be the full JLo and all of myself … and that makes me really happy."

Canseco's ex-wife, who he accused of cheating with Rodriguez, denied the claims.
"Those false accusations Jose is making are not true!" Jessica tweeted on March 12. "I have known Alex for many years and haven’t even seen him for over 5. I certainly did not sleep with him. I am friendly with both him and Jennifer. As for Jose he can keep playing with his Alien friends."
