Who's gone from 'The Voice'?

At the top of The Voice results show Tuesday, Team Blake Shelton, Team CeeLo Green and Team Adam Levine had two players each (Christina Aguilera's team was already eliminated). When two more players were sent home Tuesday night, was another coach out of the game?

Of course, we couldn't find out who was sent home until contenders and special guests performed, Carson Daly grilled the coaches and the top vote-getters advanced, one by one, to the semifinals.

To kick off the show, Ne-Yo took the stage with Amanda Brown for Let Me Love You. After Amanda out-sang Ne-Yo, and Ne-Yo out-danced Amanda, they reconciled in a sexy embrace.

Fun fact learned from Carson Daly's interviews with the coaches: CeeLo is the only coach who pressed his button for everyone who made it to the Top 10.

Terry McDermott and Trevin Hunte joined forces for Feel Again by OneRepublic. Though they both sounded good individually, mixing their rock-and-roll and R&B-flavored voices together made for a confused cross-genre tune.

Emotional moment: Terry thanking his wife for getting him through his mother's death, and for giving birth to his beautiful son.

And then it was time for the first round of elimination. Team Blake's Terry made it.

Performance time! Amanda returned to the stage, this time with Cassadee Pope for Kelly Clarkson's Breakaway. Cassadee got to show off her punk voice on the high notes. "Well, that was nice," said Carson after the song.

Second singer to advance: Team CeeLo's Trevin.

Back to the stage, Matchbox Twenty slowed it down with Overjoyed. Nicholas David and Trevin Hunte joined Rob Thomas, who mentored Team CeeLo a few weeks back, for a few bars.

In the video confessional, the finalists made fun of the coaches, especially Adam for wearing expensive T-shirts. "Very cute and well done," said Carson of the video.

Third singer through: Team Blake's Cassadee.

Another duet: Melanie Martinez and NIcholas David sang Fiona Apple's Criminal, a song Christina recommended for Melanie on Monday night. A solid song from the disparate duo.

Then, Carson announced the first person to be sent home: Team Adam's Melanie.

That left Team CeeLo's Nicholas and Team Adam's Amanda.

Nicholas made it through, which meant Amanda was sent home. It also meant Team Adam was out of singers.

Team Blake and Team CeeLo's performances continue Monday (8 ET/PT, NBC).
