California woman claims 'Depp defense'

The California woman is due to stand trial for murder after killing a pedestrian while driving through Los Angeles' Skid Row neighborhood in 2009.

Her defense? She was there for a scheduled tryst with Johnny Depp.

And so, TMZ reports, that Depp was served a subpoena Thursday night at the premiere of his film Transcendence, with the hope that his testimony will prove Lekon is not of sound mind.
