'Big Brother' star Christmas Abbott turns herself in for ramming car while pregnant: Report

"Big Brother" alum Christmas Abbott charged with criminal mischief in Tampa, Florida Tuesday.

It doesn't feel like Christmas morning for "Big Brother" alum Christmas Abbott after the reality star was arrested in Tampa, Florida.

Abbott, 36, was charged with felony criminal mischief Tuesday, according to online records from the Tampa Police Department.

According to a police report obtained by Us Magazine and TMZ, Abbott got into an argument with ex-boyfriend Benjamin Bunn’s new girlfriend, Samantha Morse, outside a Tampa gym in August.

Things escalated quickly, the report said, after Abbott "threw a coffee cup" and rammed "the victim’s vehicle twice" with her Mercedes-Benz SUV, causing more than $5,000 worth of damage to Morse's car. The fitness superstar also called Morse a "pathetic, home-wrecking little (expletive)."

Abbott was reportedly eight months pregnant with Bunn's child at the time of the incident. The reality star gave birth to their son, Loyal, Oct. 8.

Us Magazine and TMZ report that officers allowed Abbott to turn herself in at a later date because of how far along she was in her pregnancy. She was released Tuesday on her own recognizance less than an hour after surrendering.

She took to Instagram after her release to defend herself.

"There are lies & truth to every story & I'll share mine when I'm ready. Until then, I am being proactive with taking care of my responsibilities to have this matter resolved," she wrote on her Instagram story, along with a picture of her holding her newborn.

She continued: "I'm focused on providing for Loyal & recovering from a very emotionally challenging pregnancy & difficult delivery. Being a single mother is challenging enough without the world having an opinion on a situation they know nothing about."
