The white pearl paint has green highlights

It's been about a decade since the original Scion xB was introduced in the U.S., and since then, there have been nine special "release" customization editions. Now comes the 10th.

For the New York Auto Show, Scion is going to debut the xB Release Series 10.0 with the goal of turning into a light show.

The most cool feature is how it can project the Scion logo on the pavement under the rear bumper -- sure to impress a date. The logo and the numbered edition number of the car also project in the foot wells. There's also the xB's first rear-view camera, a feature that will be coming to all new vehicles gradually through 2018, and wireless charging for digital devices.

By day, the ten-point-oh has a cool white paint job that shows green highlights.

Only 1,500 will be made.

Price? An affordable $20,420 plus $755 in delivery fees, available with an automatic transmission only. It comes to dealers this summer.
