The Fourth of July is just a few days away, and that can only mean one thing: Food, and lots of it, being cooked in backyards throughout the country. With all of that cooking, however, comes a mountain of dirty dishes. Whether you're looking for a standard, portable or countertop dishwasher, you'll no doubt find it for less right now. Samsung is selling its DW80R9950UT stainless-steel washer at a $300 discount from its list price of $1,249 now at $949. (Note that you can get it for as low as $895 at Sam's Club in the stainless-steel finish.) We dubbed this washer as one of the best of its kind thanks to its convenient third rack, which was deep enough to hold multiple forms of cookware and has adjustable tines that made fitting even the most awkward of dishes easier. There's also a control panel straight out of the 22nd century and a fingerprint-resistant finish. If you want something that will both wash and dry your cookware, Best Buy is selling the LG LDF5545ST washer for 35% off its standard price of $629.99 in the stainless-steel finish dropping it down as low as $409.99. This front-control washer is not only our pick for the best dishwasher that dries, it's the best-valued dishwasher we've ever tested in large part due to its heavy cleaning cycle, which was the very best we've ever tested in our labs, removing 100% of the stains on every single dish with no evidence of redeposit.
If you don't have the space to slide a full-sized machine into your smaller kitchens, there's the GE GPT225SSLSS on sale at Best Buy for $629.99, or more than $50 off of its usual price of $684.99. As our favorite portable dishwasher, this machine has a stainless-steel finish and interior, the latter of which reportedly tends to be quieter than when a plastic interior washer is running. There are also castor wheels that make it mobile and can even be removed.
