There are many great ways to enjoy the summer—and camping is definitely one of them. Experienced campers might want to travel somewhere beyond their local forest preserve this year but may not be sure where to find unique new campsites. That's where Tentrr, a campsite-rental company, comes in with sunny discounts.

The Airbnb of the outdoors is offering two different discounts for those looking to find a great campsite without breaking the bank. Newcomers to the camping rental website can get a $50 gift card to use through July when they register their email with the site for the first time. For new and existing users planning on getting away during the week, Tentrr is also offering 20% off stays booked from Sunday to Thursday with the promo code WEEKDAYAWAY from now until Friday, September 3.

Campers were a fan of the Tentrr site Artemis in Santa Cruz, CA, for its great views and accommodating hosts.

Using Tentrr is easy: Just visit the website, click on the state you’d like to camp in, enter how many campers and the dates you’d like to camp and the rest is all up to your tent and your sleeping bag.

When we tested Tentrr, we found it to be a "stress-free" method of finding unique camping experiences on both private property and state parks. The site has tons of options for one-of-a-kind campsites. Current spots we found include The Perch in South Woodstock, VT, starting at $130 a night; Artemis in Santa Cruz, CA, starting at $100 a night; and many more.

Our tester found the Signature Site she booked had friendly campkeepers guiding her and her boyfriend to their specific campsite while clueing them into the location's ins and outs (in her case, the nearby donkey that wakes everyone up at 5 a.m.). She also found a large, beautiful canvas tent on a wooden platform that also featured two Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, a camp toilet, a campfire grill and more. Though the sites are stocked with features, our tester recommended you bring your own bedding, cookware, paper towels, and essentials for hikes and other outdoor activities.

So while the summer sun is still beaming and the outdoor views stay scenic, Tentrr is a great way to start camping with less struggle. Shop its various campsites today and get savings as great as the outdoors themselves.
