Blue Apron is now shipping brunch to your door

There's nothing better than waking up late on the weekends and treating yourself to brunch. But what about those busy weekends when you want to host but don't have time for all the extra legwork—like menu planning, grocery shopping and seemingly endless prep?

That's where Blue Apron comes in. The meal kit delivery service just launched a weekend-worthy Brunch Box—and all the fixins will ship right to your door.

There's enough food in the box to feed six, and it features a wide range of options, so the whole family can dig in. (Or you can host a brunch party—don't forget the mimosas.)

Here's what's included in Blue Apron's Brunch Box:   

• Avocado toast with feta, radishes and chives
• Brown sugar and maple candied bacon
• Cheesy asparagus quiche with romesco aioli and marinated artichokes
• Overnight French toast bake with blueberries and lemon curd

“Our Brunch Box includes recipes to make guests happy, from vibrant plant-forward options with fresh produce, to more decadent choices for the sweet tooth at the table.” said John Adler, Blue Apron’s senior vice president of physical product, in a press release. “Stemming from the ongoing success of our breakfast add-ons, we’ve evolved the category to provide customers with a complete brunch offering.”

When we tested Blue Apron's meals in the past, we loved how tasty each meal was, how much variety is offered on the weekly menu, and how many add-ons are available.

The Brunch Box will be available to ship starting on April 3, and will last through Mother's Day (May 14), making it the perfect centerpiece for spring celebrations. 

Blue Apron subscribers can choose to add this box to their weekly order, but non-subscribers can also order the box through the Blue Apron market—no commitment required.
