Happy Wednesday, Daily Money readers. It's Brett Molina back again with your Hump Day headlines.

If you own an Apple device, today is your day. The tech giant is hosting an event Wednesday from its headquarters in Cupertino, Calif., where they will very likely unveil the next iPhone.

Unless Apple plans a sharp pivot in naming, the new device will be called iPhone 14. There are also reports a new Apple Watch and new AirPods are on the menu.

Want to keep up with the latest? USA TODAY will have live coverage of Apple's iPhone 14 announcement. Be sure to check out USA TODAY Tech starting at 1 p.m. ET for updates.

Why the CVS deal for Signify Health matters to you

Another big deal in the healthcare space. CVS Health has agreed to buy Signify Health, which uses analytics and technology to pair clinicians with patients for home-based visits, for $8 billion. This follows Amazon's acquisition of primary care group One Medical for $3.9 billion.

So why should you care? Experts believe the deal could not only lower the cost of healthcare, but make it easier for patients to manage or avoid chronic conditions.

🍔 Today's Menu 🍔

If you're a fan of the McDonald's breakfast, there's a new choice on the menu: the Cheese Danish. The pastry includes a sweet cream cheese filling, topped with a buttery streusel and light vanilla drizzle. It's available for a limited time starting Sept. 14. Now I'm craving the old school "hotcakes and sausage" with the styrofoam container.
