Moscow points fingers at Ukraine

Russia continues to suggest, without evidence, that Ukraine is to blame for an attack on a concert hall Friday outside Moscow in which at least 137 people were killed.

Islamic State, the militant group that once sought control over swaths of Iraq and Syria, claimed responsibility for the attack, according to Reuters. President Vladimir Putin has not publicly mentioned the Islamist militant group in connection with the attackers, who he said had been trying to escape to Ukraine. Intelligence from the U.S. and other allies contradicts Putin's claims, and Ukraine has rejected the notion it was behind the deadly attack on Russia civlians.
