Your Say: In averted terror plot, playing politics

It looks like the federal government averted a terrorist attack in NYC. If President Obama is ultimately responsible for failures in the federal departments that he's entrusted to oversee, then he's also responsible for the successes. In other words, Romney supporters cannot rationally blame Obama for something that the State Department does wrong, if they're unwilling to praise him for something that the FBI does right.

The politicians had nothing to do with this. It is the hardworking men and women in the FBI and other organizations who thwarted this attack. This was a job well done.
