A couple of weeks ago, Douglas Bennett of Nashville sent me an email that came with a plea because of my work on civility and civil discourse.
He has grown "weary" of trying to be civil with skeptics of COVID-19 vaccines and citizens who accept misinformation over evidence-based science.
His message came to my inbox a few days after the publication of my column, "Why we need more conservatives to spread the benefits of COVID-19 vaccines."
