Colbert commends Trump holiday decision

It's rare that President Donald Trump does something the late-night comics praise instead of pan. Stephen Colbert took a moment to pat the president on the back for signing an executive order that puts the jolly in the holidays for federal employees. 

Take a look at today's Best of Late Night, above, for Colbert's final (and possibly only?) Trump compliment of the year. 

But the praise, unfortunately, was short-lived. 

In this holiday roundup of the Best of Late Night, Seth Meyers was not so friendly. He examined a speech Trump gave during a Christmas rally. While the House impeached him, Trump slammed everything from the Bidens to dishwashers. Meyers tells us how he knows Trump has never washed a dish in his life.
