Holding a valid educational degree without adequate work opportunities is a big irony. The problem is the huge gap between what is taught and what is expected by the industry. Energize Us Edu Inc. provides education programs that are in sync with the latest industry requirements offering the benefit of higher employability due to their holistic approach towards trade education.

Energize Us Edu Inc.’s aim looks beyond training by going the extra mile to create a humongous ecosystem that not only trains but also creates a beneficial networking system among professionals and graduates. “We’re not all just living in our own little worlds anymore,” says Wilson Matthew Betances, the Founder of Energize Us Edu Inc. “We can communicate, we can ask for help. There is so much more than living through a screen. The goal is to look at longevity. Look down the road and see what else is there.”

Their curriculum is centered on two phases – proper education and on-the-job training that equips the learner not only with skill development but also with the requirements of their local state licensure board. Their courses are outlined on the best and latest practices from the industry.  While many students view skilled trades as a promising career path, only 16% are highly inclined to pursue it. This discrepancy arises from misconceptions about trade incomes; over half of entry-level trade workers make $50,000 or more annually. Additionally, outdated views persist among youth regarding the trades, despite 89% of workers using modern technology and 94% experiencing high job demand. A significant communication gap also exists, with 58% of young individuals having never engaged in meaningful discussions with trade professionals regarding career prospects. Young individuals also tend to undervalue the earning potential in skilled trade careers; nevertheless, 50% of current skilled trade workers with fewer than 10 years in the field start with an annual income of $50,000 or more.

The idea is to create a holistic learning experience that covers key aspects with real-world implications. A balanced approach where education, on-the-job training, and learning are blended to create the ideal platform that benefits its students while also promoting interest in the trade industry.

The Connecticut-based institute aspires to be considered as an ‘Ivy League’ of trade schools by offering courses that blend with a modern outlook and future sustainability.

Energize Us Edu Inc.’s ultimate vision is to create and reignite interest in trade at every level right from aspiring students, and trade freshmen to licensed contractors by offering excellence in trade education. The institution believes in creating value for both its students as well as industry professionals by imparting quality training and the importance of a work-driven mindset to its students.

Energize Us Edu Inc. has already set the path for its future endeavors owing to its competitive edge and futuristic vision. It plans to expand across the East and West coasts by 2025 in order to establish a ground for its national network which would comprise students, potential employers, and industry professionals paving the way for a self-sufficient industry network. It also plans to provide affordable housing for its students and network contractors by the year 2026 in order to encourage more participation in the industry without worrying about increasing interest rates and affordability. Energize Us Edu Inc. is leaving no stone unturned in its efforts to promote a well-rounded approach.

Striving to achieve excellence in all their industry-driven academic courses, Energize Us Edu Inc. offers a curriculum that is accredited throughout the United States of America by the Department of Labor and Education. The institute also meets all the criteria required for Pre-Apprenticeship. It is also licensed and insured under NABCEP, National Center for Construction Education and Research, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration. It is also an authorized training center certified by the American Heart Association.

Energize Us Edu Inc. is not just another institute that offers standard programs based on stipulated guidelines. It plans to revolutionize the existing trade education system by offering practical courses that are designed to create value thereby leaving its mark as a pioneer in the trade industry.
