Fantasy football sizzlers, fizzlers: Javonte Williams finally has his breakout game
These players saw their fantasy values increase or decrease most based on their performances in Week 13:
Sizzlers
RB Josh Jacobs, Las Vegas Raiders: Kenyan Drake's broken ankle forced Jacobs to carry a heavier workload in both rushing and receiving. While he did run for a touchdown, his receiving exploits were even more impressive. He caught all nine targets for 38 yards, making him an even greater factor in PPR formats.
RB Javonte Williams, Denver Broncos: With Melvin Gordon sidelined by a hip injury, Williams got his first opportunity to be Denver's bell cow running back. Breaking tackles on nearly every play, Williams ran for 102 yards and added six receptions for 76 yards and a touchdown. That sound you heard is his fantasy value blasting off.
RB David Montgomery, Chicago Bears: Perhaps somewhat quietly, in yet another loss, Montgomery erupted for 90 yards and a touchdown on the ground while catching eight of nine targets for 51 more yards. As the season drags on and the weather turns cold, Montgomery just gets better.
WR Diontae Johnson, Pittsburgh Steelers: Johnson is the most polished and reliable of Pittsburgh's receivers. Against Baltimore, he received double-digit targets (11) for an astonishing ninth game this season. He finished with 105 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
TE George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers: The Seahawks had no answer for Kittle as he gashed them for 181 yards and two scores. Kittle is back to top form and will continue to see a massive share of targets while Deebo Samuel remains out. With the Niners' upcoming schedule, he could be difference-maker in the fantasy playoffs.

Fizzlers
QB Tyrod Taylor, Houston Texans: Benched for Davis Mills after completing just 5-of-13 passes with an interception in a shutout loss to the Colts, Taylor's starting job may be in jeopardy. Perhaps it's time for the Texans to turn to the rookie.
RB Mark Ingram, New Orleans Saints: With Alvin Kamara scratched again, fantasy managers had high expectations for Ingram against a so-so Dallas defense. Instead, he struggled, rushing just 10 times for 28 yards.
WR Tyreek Hill, Kansas City Chiefs: Hill had just two receptions in a quiet game vs. Denver. With the Raiders, Chargers and Steelers up next, Hill's schedule during fantasy playoffs looks much less appealing.
WR DeVonta Smith, Philadelphia Eagles: Not even a quarterback change could jump-start Smith's production. Over the last two games, he has just four catches. And with the Eagles entering their bye week, it's a tough stretch for fantasy managers still holding out hope for a return to the rookie's early season form.
WR Marvin Jones, Jacksonville Jaguars: With Jacksonville struggling to do much of anything offensively, Jones (two receptions, 11 yards) has been yet another victim of a team that has been unable to get out of its own way this season.
