Indiana Pacers forward Paul George (13) watches as the Pacers shoot a free throw against the Chicago Bulls at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

Paul George was ejected from the Pacers-Bulls game on Saturday after he kicked a ball and hit a woman in the face. It happened after a third personal foul was called on George, and it appears that it was simply frustration that got the best of him.

George went over to the woman and apologized by giving her a hug. Per the Pacers' Pat Boylan, the woman actually works for Fox Sports.

The IndyStar's Nate Taylor noted that this was the first ejection of George's career.

At the time of George's ejection, the Pacers were beating the Bulls, 81-61. He left with 13 points and seven rebounds. Indiana went on to win, 111-94.
