The Knicks ended up beating the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday, but Kent Bazemore enjoyed this particular moment from the loss.
In the second quarter, Marshall Plumlee was caught in front of Dwight Howard on the defensive end. Bazemore recognized both the mismatch and Plumlee's poor positioning on a much stronger player in Howard, and he literally started laughing before throwing a lob to Howard.

Howard easily spun off Plumlee and caught the lob for an alley-oop dunk.
It's tough to blame Plumlee, though. He had a rough morning. Plumlee was with the Knicks' D-League team in Westchester when Joakim Noah alerted the Knicks he was too ill to play. The club made a late call to Plumlee to get to New York where he had to run through traffic in order to get to the Garden for his NBA debut. And he was still late.
The undrafted rookie center said he took a train from White Plains to Grand Central Station, hopped into a cab and "paid" the driver "to run a red light." Then, because of traffic, he got out and sprinted the last few blocks. Plumlee arrived during the first quarter.
With that in mind, I don't think Plumlee minded being laughed at.
