Miss Arizona USA knocked over by Arizona QB

Miss Arizona USA 2017 Tommy Lynn Calhoun went to the Arizona-Arizona State rivalry game on Friday night to watch the teams compete for the Territorial Cup, but she wound up becoming part of it.

In the second quarter, Wildcats quarterback Brandon Dawkins' momentum carried him out of bounds. He wound up accidentally running over Calhoun.

I would not be smiling if a 6-foot-3, 210-pound football player in pads ran me over. However, Calhoun was smiling throughout the entire ordeal. In the photo of Dawkins helping her up, she's smiling, and you can see in the clip above, after he walks away, she's still smiling and maybe even laughing.

Then, while ESPN talks to her (they did identify her as Miss Arizona USA 2016 by mistake), Dawkins quickly runs over to apologize, and she simply smiles some more. It's amazing. Huge props to Calhoun for taking the hit like a champ.

Hopefully she's not sore from that fall tomorrow.
