Alex Smith was terrible at throwing a dodgeball

Kansas City Chiefs Alex Smith #11 is seen att the Epic Pro Dodgeball event at the 2017 Pro Bowl Skills Challenge on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

Alex Smith is the quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs. He was drafted with the first pick in the NFL draft. He literally gets paid to throw a ball for a living. He cannot throw a dodgeball.

Take a look at this effort from Thursday's Pro Bowl Skills Showdown dodgeball game. Again, Smith is a professional quarterback.

I'd like to think that there was some sort of strategy involved with that throwing motion because Smith definitely doesn't throw a football like that. That was a one-hopper that traveled maybe 10 feet. His arm strength isn't great for an NFL quarterback, but one would still expect him to be pretty dope at dodgeball.

He was not.

The NFC dominated Smith and the AFC in the dodgeball game. Ezekiel Elliott took off his shirt.
