It looks like we've got something brewing here with NFL kickers: A kick-off!
Back on Wednesday, Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker - the same guy who has said he'd attempt an 85.5-yarder if the conditions were right - sent a football 75 yards through the uprights during Pro Bowl practice.
His Detroit Lions counterpart Matt Prater - who owns the record for the longest field goal in NFL history, a 64-yard boot when he was with Denver in 2013 - raised him a yard in a video posted Saturday morning and hit one from 76:
This means we're potentially in for something incredible: Perhaps Tucker responds and kicks a 77-yarder, and another kicker - maybe Prater again - hits from 78 and β¦ you get it.
NFL kickers, let's see what you've got. This could be incredible.
