The CFL's Ottawa RedBlacks capped their regular season with a 24-9 win over the Toronto Argonauts Friday night, and 297-pound offensive lineman Jon Gott broke out the celebration of the season after Ottawa's final touchdown.

After scoring, Gott ran over to his girlfriend in the stands, grabbed a beer and crushed it.

Gott said that he first thought of the celebration four years ago, and finally decided to go with it this weekend.

"I got a little thirsty and I thought I'd quench it. That was fun, it was all in fun. It was the last regular-season game… It was all in good fun, so hopefully I don't get in trouble too much."

According to Sportsnet, Gott will not face a fine for the celebration. Ottawa finished the regular season with an 11-7 record, making them the top team in the East.
