Josh Norman's hit on Julio Jones made for most blatant pass interference

Pass interference can be a difficult call to make in real time. What Josh Norman did to Julio Jones, though, was as easy a call as there will be this NFL season.

With the Falcons facing third and long, Matt Ryan aired out a deep pass to his star wide receiver. Jones had Norman beat and was getting ready to make an over-the-shoulder grab.

Then, Norman tackled him before the ball arrived.

Obviously, that was a pass interference - and a dangerous tackle. Norman somehow was upset about the call, but if there was ever a justification for the NFL using spot fouls, it was that right there.

There's no reason for this.

The Falcons would add a field goal on the drive, and Jones would follow it up with his first touchdown reception of the season.
