Halfway through the two-day U.S. Gymnastics Championships, Simone Biles is at the top of the standings, because of course she is. She's the GOAT, so that should come as no surprise. But the 24-year-old superstar continues to amaze.

After returning to competition a couple weeks ago for the first time since 2019, Biles stunned by becoming the first woman to do a Yurchenko double pike - an intense, powerful and jaw-dropping vault - in competition. Although she didn't perform that move Friday while competing for her seventh national title, she still dominated.

For her floor routine, Biles performed two back-to-back eponymous moves, starting with a triple-twisting double back. (In 2019, Biles became the first woman to do a triple-double.)

Biles' floor routine was so powerful that she stepped out of bounds three times and told NBC Sports she needs "to control [her] adrenaline." But the minor errors really don't matter much because she's so far ahead of her competition at nearly every turn.

And this slow-motion replay of her first pass is absolutely mesmerizing. It highlights Biles' truly unparalleled athleticism and her exceptional ability to seemingly defy gravity.

Genuinely awesome. No matter how many times you watch this slow-motion replay, it's incredible and one of many, many reminders that she's the GOAT.

Here's a look at Biles on beam, bars and vault on Friday:
