USA TODAY Sports' panel of 10 baseball writers and editors submitted selections for the game's major awards at the end of the season and now, with the major awards released this week by the Baseball Writers' Association of America, it's time to peek at the results.

Mike Trout is an AL MVP finalists for the fifth time.

And if our totals are any indication, there should be several very tight elections this week.
