FINALS WATCH: Badgers need to be like Bo

AP

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) β€” Bo Ryan has won four NCAA championships β€” at Division III UW-Platteville in the 1990s.

Ryan said the mindset is the same in his first NCAA Final Four trip with Wisconsin while playing before much bigger crowds: Be yourself.

"Our teams are who they are, we're not changing from last week, from last month," Ryan said. "Hopefully everybody's playing better and that's how we ended up here."

The Badgers play Kentucky on Saturday night, with a crowd of more than 75,000 expected in the Dallas Cowboys' home stadium.

"I always promised my Platteville guys staying true in those national championships that we had, we played in front of maybe 5,000 (people). So I don't know what it's like being in front of 75," he said. "No matter whether it's Division I or Division III, you've got to manage emotions and energy and try to channel it the right way and get everybody concentrating on what it is we do and don't try to be somebody that we're not."
