Wofford recovers to beat Charleston Southern 64-58.

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) β€” Eric Garcia scored 15 points, including Wofford's last five, as the Terriers recovered from blowing an 11-point second-half lead to beat Charleston Southern 64-58 on Wednesday night.

Wofford was up double digits with 12:39 left in the game when the Buccaneers (5-4) worked their way back to take a brief two-point lead. Justin Gordon banked in a short hook with 2:24 left to give the lead back to Wofford at 56-54. Spencer Collins drove to score for a four-point advantage. After a Buccaneers free throw, Garcia banked in a 3-pointer and later made two free throws.

Collins finished with 11 points and Jaylen Allen 10 for the Terriers, who at 9-2 continued their best start in the program's Division I era which began in 1995-96. The Terriers are also 5-0 at home.

Charleston Southern's Saah Nimley scored 15 points before fouling out. Arlon Harper added 13 and Will Saunders 12.
