Corbett's late 3 helps Delaware knock off Miami (Ohio) 68-66

OXFORD, Ohio (AP) β€” Chivarsky Corbett nailed a 3-pointer and split of pair of free throws in the final seconds to give Delaware a 68-66 victory over Miami (Ohio) on Friday night.

The Blue Hens led until the final seconds when Rod Mills hit a 3-pointer and the RedHawks tied it at 64 with 14 seconds left. Corbett responded quickly, hitting a trey to go up 67-64 with seven seconds remaining. Michael Weathers, who finished with 24 points, made two free throws to close to 67-66 but Corbett again responded with a free throw for the final margin.

Anthony Mosley had 17 points, four assists and four steals to lead Delaware (3-1), which led at the half for its fourth straight game. Corbett and Darian Bryant had 16 apiece and Eric Carter grabbed 11 rebounds.

Weathers also had seven rebounds and six assists and Jake Wright added 11 points for the RedHawks (1-2).
