Jackson leads NC A&T past Maryland-Eastern Shore 68-61

GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) — Andre Jackson came off the bench to score 14 points to lead North Carolina A&T to a 68-61 win over Maryland-Eastern Shore on Monday night.

Ibrahim Sylla had 14 points and nine rebounds for N.C. A&T (13-11, 8-2 Mid-Eastern Conference), which earned its sixth straight home victory. Aaren Edmead added 13 points. Kameron Langley had nine assists for the hosts.

Ryan Andino had 11 points for the Hawks (4-23, 2-10).

The Aggies improve to 2-0 against the Hawks for the season. N.C. A&T defeated Maryland Eastern Shore 67-58 on Jan. 14. N.C. A&T matches up against Howard on the road on Saturday. Maryland-Eastern Shore plays Coppin State at home on Saturday.
