MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) β€” West Virginia has added a pair of junior college guards to its men's basketball roster for next season.

Coach Bob Huggins announced Wednesday the signings of 6-foot-4 players Sean McNeil and Tajzmel "Taz" Sherman.

McNeil, a native of Union, Kentucky, averaged 29.7 points and more than 4 3-point field goals made per game as a freshman at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. He also averaged 6 rebounds per contest.

Sherman averaged nearly 26 points per game as a sophomore at Collin College in McKinney, Texas. The native of Missouri City, Texas, also had nearly 5 rebounds and assists per game.

They join Oscar Tshiebwe and Miles McBride in this year's recruiting class for the Mountaineers.
