Looks like Keldon Johnson is diving right into being a pro in the NBA.

The now-former Kentucky basketball star was seen recently in Los Angeles getting out of a $300,000 McLaren 720S Spider, according to TMZ. Johnson recently announced he'll be entering the 2019 NBA draft and signing with an agent.

The person with the camera asks him a few questions about the car and his thoughts on the upcoming NBA draft – unofficially, he's at least the 5,000th prospect ever who says he will be "blessed" with whoever drafts him – as well as getting his opinion on the playoffs before Keldon is whisked away into a crowd.

Life seems pretty good for Keldon at the moment. He's close to a lock to be selected in the first round of the draft (most mock draftsconfirm that) and he's already riding in a car most people only dream of seeing, much less driving, just days after announcing he's going pro. And doing it in L.A. That seems pretty sweet.

While it's not totally clear why he was on the west coast – the University of Kentucky is currently wrapping up the spring semester – John Calipari may have provided a little clarification in his Instagram post on Thursday.

The UK coach was in the city watching former guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (and supporting injured former player DeMarcus Cousins) as the L.A. Clippers played Golden State in the first round of the NBA playoffs.

"Guess who is sitting front row: @keldonjohnson (no Friday classes for KJ)!!!" Calipari said at the end of his post.
